 All MSD parts are high-performance replacements for the weaker original ignition coils factory fitted to your car. The spark of the MSD ignition is significantly stronger than the original en therefore less likely to cause problems.

Installation Notes

  • Kit consists of:

    • High performance coil MSD ignition
    • MSD 8.5 Super conductor spark plug cables
    • Cilinder markers
    • Coil wiring plug
    • Installation manual

    Installation:

    1. Remove old coil.
    2. Place MSD coil. 
    3. The old connector has four wires, fuse two wires with 12V main.
    4. The joined wires fit sit in the middle of the new connector the remaining two sit at the sides.
    5. Fit spark plug wires at the coil side and cut of at the appropriate length.
    6. Fit spark plug caps and cut to the appropriate length using the supplied tool.
