The VRS-4150 Calibration Kit provides enthusiasts, racers, and carb tuners with everything needed to fine-tune any VRS gas carburetor for optimal performance. With over 130 precision-machined parts, this kit provides all the necessary components to ensure a finely tuned engine, offering optimal performance both on and off track. The key components included are:
- 4 of each even-numbered main fuel jets ranging from size 62 to 78, giving users the ability to make global fuel curve changes.
- 2 of each 4-window power valves with 5.5 Hg, 6.5 Hg, and 7.5 Hg ratings to adjust power enrichment points.
- 44 6-32 jets in sets of four allow adjustments to the idle, intermediate, and power enrichment circuits on the metering blocks.
- 40 10-32 air bleed jets in sets of four, allowing for quick and easy fine-tuning of the main, intermediate, and idle circuits from the top of the carburetor.
- .033, .035, and .040 squirters, to tune the duration of the acceleration pump shot.
