At Gooze, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery, thanks to our continuously-growing stock and trusted shipping partners, GLS and FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a track-and-trace number to monitor your shipment.

• In-stock items: Shipped immediately.
• Backordered items: Will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped from Gooze warehouse.

Shipping Costs & Lead Times

We offer free shipping for orders over specific amounts, depending on the destination. The table below summarizes our shipping costs, free shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times.

Additional Charges & Returns

Additional Charges:

• Extended Area Surcharge: Deliveries to remote or extended service areas incur a €28 surcharge, calculated automatically based on the destination region and postal code during checkout. This surcharge is not waived, even if your order qualifies for free shipping.
• Heavy or Oversized Surcharge: Certain heavy or oversized products require an additional shipping surcharge due to their weight or dimensions. This surcharge is calculated automatically during checkout and is not covered by our free shipping offer.

Returns

Order Cancellation

Cancel your order free of charge before it ships, except for PayPal payment fees.

Return Policy / Withdrawal Period

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of delivery to return your product.

Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights:

• Customized or non-prefabricated items made to your specifications.
• Special order items that are not part of our regular stock assortment.
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• Items that have been installed or assembled (e.g. engine parts), as this exceeds the inspection necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
• Electronic components.

Important: Depreciation costs will apply if goods are used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@gooze.com to request an RMA number.
2. Send the product back to the return address below.
3. Upon receipt, Gooze will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping and express shipping costs, remote-area surcharges and other surcharges.
