Because of our continuously-growing stock and our reliable shipping partners GLS & UPS we make sure that your products are delivered quickly. We will provide you with a track-and-trace number at an appropriate time, so you will be able to track your shipment. Products that we do not have in stock, we will order directly from the manufacturer for you. We will ship in-stock parts out directly and as soon as the backorders became available, it will be shipped to you.

Returns
Cancellation
Canceling an order is, as long as it hasn’t been shipped, free of charge.(execpt for paypal payment fee)
Returns/ Withdrawal period:
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to state a reason, to return the product, starting on the Day of delivery.
Exceptions hereto are:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
For more information see article 6, 7 & 8 of our General Terms and Conditions. Already received articles need to be returned to the return address below. Gooze will refund the entire purchase amount. Note: We do not offer refunds for Express shipping, paypal payment fees and remote area surcharges. Before returning parts please use our Return Form.
