At Gooze, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery, thanks to our continuously-growing stock and trusted shipping partners, GLS and UPS. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a track-and-trace number to monitor your shipment.

• In-stock items: Shipped immediately.
• Backordered items: Ordered directly from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as they arrive.

Shipping Costs & Lead Times

Additional Charges:

• Island Surcharge: EU island deliveries incur a €27.50 surcharge after checkout. You can choose to cancel and receive a full refund.
• Extended Area Surcharge: Some zip codes may incur additional fees for UPS deliveries. We will notify you post-checkout for approval or cancellation.

Returns

Order Cancellation

Cancel your order free of charge before it ships (except for PayPal payment fees).

Return Policy / Withdrawal Period

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of delivery to return your product without providing a reason.

Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights:

• Customized or non-prefabricated items tailored to your specific preferences.
• Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• Items that have been assembled (e.g., motor parts), as this is considered "unnecessary use."

Important: Depreciation costs will apply if goods are used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@gooze.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Send the product back to the return address below.
3. Upon receipt, Gooze will refund the purchase amount (excluding express shipping, PayPal fees, and remote area surcharges).

• Use a reliable carrier that offers tracking (e.g., DHL or UPS).
• Insure your package to safeguard against loss or damage.
