I’ve received a broken or damaged item
We carefully check your order before shipping. If something slips through, contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Photos or detailed descriptions may be requested.
Disassembling products not intended for user service voids the warranty. Normal wear-and-tear or parts needing disassembly per instructions are exceptions.
How long is my product covered by warranty?
Products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty under normal use. Contact Customer Service to verify eligibility for repair or replacement.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
Use outside intended purpose or "normal use."
Race/circuit use.
Normal wear-and-tear parts.
Normal use means using the product as sold by Gooze. Modifications or off-purpose use void the warranty. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use.
