Warranty & Complaints

I've received a broken or damaged item...
If you order your products online in our webshop we put in a lot of effort to check your order before it is shipped. If something escaped our attention, be sure to contact our Customer Service within 7 days after delivery. We might ask you for specific pictures or a more detailed description of your complaint.

Disassembly of products that are not intended to be disassembled by anyone other than the factory itself will immediately void the warranty. This does not include normal wear and tear replacement parts or parts that need to be disassembled for assembly as described in the instruction manuals.

How long is my product protected by the warranty?
The legal length of the Manufacture's warranty is 1-Year, assuming a normal use of the product. The definition of normal use can be found below. In case a complaint is discovered or formed Contact our customer service to find out if your product qualifies for free repair service or warranty Replacement.

Which cases are not included in the warranty?
Any use of the product outside its intended normal use, race/circuit use and normal wear parts are excluded from the warranty.  Intended normal use means that this item is being used as was originally intended and for the original application as sold by Gooze. Any modifications to this item or if it is used on an application other than what Gooze markets the product, the warranty will be void. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine that this item will work for the application they are intending. Gooze will accept no liability for custom applications.
