We will provide you with a track-and-trace number at an appropriate time, so you will be able to track your shipment. Products that we do not have in stock, we will order directly at the manufacturer for you; as soon as your order is complete, it will be shipped to you. Returns
Cancellation
Cancelling an order is, as long as it hasn’t been shipped, free of charge.
Returns/ Withdrawal period:
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to state a reason, to return the product, starting on the Day of delivery.
Exceptions hereto are:
- Electrical parts of which the packaging has been opened
- Articles specially ordered or prepared for you and hence alien to our assortment
- All parts that have been assembled or used
- Damaged or incomplete parts
The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information see article 6, 7 & 8 of our General Terms and Conditions. Already received articles need to be returned to the return address below. Gooze will refund the entire purchase amount. Note: We do not offer refunds for Express shipping and remote area surcharges. Before returning parts please use our Return Form.

Return shipments are sent at your own risk. We suggest you send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as DHL or UPS). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition as it was shipped. Place the product in the original box with all manuals and accessories, to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. We must receive all original products in order to process your return. Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged in any way before arriving.
