Edelbrock 7581 - RPM Air Gap Manifold, Ford 351W

Edelbrock Part # 7581 RPM Air-Gap 351W intake manifold is designed for street and high performance 351-427 c.i.d. 351W Ford V8 applications. The RPM Air-Gap incorporates the same race-winning design that’s been used on our Victor Series competition intakes for decades. The Air-Gap design features an open-air space that separates the runners from the hot engine oil resulting in a cooler, denser charge for more power. Larger cross-sectional area and a taller carb flange than #7181 for compatibility with large displacement, stroker 351W based engines. Includes bosses for nitrous and rear water crossover. Installation Notes
    • Use 12-bolt intake gasket set Edelbrock # 7220 recommended
    • Manifold height: A-5.31", B-6.19"
    • Carburetor pad height: 5.75"
    • Carburetor recommendations: Edelbrock Thunder Series AVS or Performer Series 650-800 cfm. For automatic transmissions use # 1483 and # 1491 or # 1844.
    • Port exit dimensions: 1.07" x 1.88"
    • Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant # 1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.
    • Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.
